“Persons of Interest” is an evening of original songs and sketches written by the team of Nicholas Zill and Howard Bennett, who have for many years contributed "zingers" and "toe-tapping critiques" "to the annual benefit shows
of  “Hexagon” (Potomac Stages).

The show features a "line-up" of suspicious characters and familiar Washington figures, all of whom are considered "persons of interest" because "someone in authority thinks we may know the truth." With piano and clarinet accompaniment, a cast of seven actor-singers depicts figures like Donald Rumsfeld ruing that, "Stuff Happens," Jack Abramoff reminiscing about "The Lobbyist I Once Was," and a trio of female policy wonks explaining why, "Hillary Clinton Is Our Candidate."
